Q: What if my desired duration of stay or departure city is not listed on the site?
Please send an email to email@example.com and please state your preferred length of stay. For guests from Canada, a package will be created to include flights, hotels, and airport transfers. For guests from outside of Canada, a "Hotel Only" option will be provided for your desired length of stay. Transfers can be quoted separately with our preferred shuttle service. It is recommended that flights be booked independently at your convenience.
Q: Is luggage included?
If you have booked a flight/hotel package with Destawed, 1 check-in piece of luggage up to 23kg is included. To check the rates for additional bags, plus allowances, please visit the Air Transat website ** SUPPLIER
Q: I've booked a package with flights from DEP CITY*. How do we get from the airport to the resort? Do I need to pay extra?
Guests that are booking the advertised packages with Destawed will have airport transfers included in the package. Upon exit from the airport, please look for representatives from SUPPLIER* or their shuttle affiliate. There is no need to speak to anyone else who is offering you a ride, and there is no need to pay anything additional. A shuttle will take all guests booked together to the resort. It is approximately 30-35 minutes to the resort from AIRPORT*.
Q: If you choose a "Hotel Only" option (i.e. if you are from outside of Canada, and booking your own flights) are the airport transfers included?
Airport Transfers are not included with Hotel Only packages. Please submit your flight information by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a rate. Please ensure to submit your flight information at least 14 business days prior to departure.
Q: When I fill out my reservation, what shows up on my Credit Card Statement?
When filling out the forms, you are authorizing Destawed Inc. as your travel agent to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. In this particular case, it will be charged by SUPPLIER*. Please do not be alarmed if you see a charge on your statement from SUPPLIER*
Q: What is the passport validity requirement?
Please ensure that your passport is valid a minimum of 6 months after the return date. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.
Q: Do I need a visa?
If you are a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident or hold a Canadian Visa, you do not require a tourist visa to enter the Mexico. Should you wish to check your status, please visit www.visahq.ca for more information.

Q: What do I wear to the wedding events?
A wedding itinerary will be provided closer to departure - some events will be held outside. The average daytime temperature is 30 degrees celsius, therefore it is highly recommended to dress appropriately and choose lighter fabrics.
Q: Where are the wedding events?
Destawed will provide you with a digital itinerary, dress code and packing list prior to departure. For all events, a designated known location, usually the lobby will serve as a meeting point, and a Destawed Crew Member will escort you over to the venue.
Q: What currencies are accepted in the COUNTRY*?
The hotels generally accept USD and CURRENCY*. The same would apply for local shops.
